About REDKEYS
Our story
REDKEYS was born from a friendship between two keyboard players. Wesley Henriques has played since he was a child: before he was ten he was already on stage with his family, in the countryside of Paraíba, Brazil, and for almost twenty years he has produced and edited his own sounds. Alison Mota was already creating and selling edited sounds for stage keyboards.
In 2017 the two met online, in a group of musicians who traded sounds. The friendship grew entirely at a distance.
At the end of 2021 it became a product: a pack of keyboard sounds called REDKEYS. It grew version by version, with editions made for worship and for the sound of Brazil's North and Northeast, and a drum pack.
In January 2024, after years of working together at a distance, the two met in person for the first time, in Balneário Camboriú, and spent those days talking about the future of REDKEYS.
In November 2025 came version 3.2: everything that existed so far, brought together and resampled with higher quality, always from sounds built from scratch.
Now REDKEYS is an app: the whole stage — setlist, Drone, pads and backing tracks — on the device you already own.
Why we do it
Great sound should not be a privilege of those who can pay for an expensive keyboard. It is knowledge applied with the right tool.
Keyboard players cover the transitions and hold the band together when things change, and today's arrangements ask more and more of the keys. REDKEYS exists so the musician walks on stage with the whole show ready, without an expensive computer or complicated software — made by people who also play.
