Refund policy
The period
You may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of the order date, as the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code guarantees (art. 49), with no need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to suporte@redkeys.com.br from your purchase e-mail, with the order number. We confirm the request and ask the payment platform for the refund.
The refund
The amount returns through the same payment method, by the platform you bought on (Cakto or Gumroad), within its timeframe and your bank's or card's. With the refund, the licence ends and REDKEYS stops working on the devices where it was activated.
App store purchases
Purchases made inside an app store follow that store's refund rules; the store decides and returns the amount.
